Introducing our new Club Pro: Jessie Hodge!
We’d like to welcome Jessie Hodge as our new Head Golf Pro at South Padre Island Golf Course!
Starting with us in 2024, Jessie brings over 30 years of golf expertise and is a Quarter Century PGA member with 25 years in the golf industry. His extensive experience includes one-on-one training, group lessons, and junior summer camps, allowing him to effectively coach golfers of all ages, from adolescents to adults.
He emphasizes the importance of understanding the fundamentals of a sound golf swing while also providing tailored techniques for individuals with physical limitations.
Jessie has served as Head Golf Professional at Firestone Country Club in Akron, OH, where Tiger Woods won eight WGC tournaments. He has extensive experience managing golf operations for Billy Casper Golf Management, the Alamo City Golf Trail in San Antonio, and the City of Boston at William J. Devine, the second oldest public course in the country. As of February 2023, Jessie also specializes in Golf Operations, enhancing his expertise.
